Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Estimated delivery to UK addresses is 5 to 8 calendar days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. No minimum spend required.

Free Gift Bundles

Selected orders include complimentary free gifts as part of our bundle offers. Free gifts are dispatched with your main order and do not incur any additional shipping charges. Gift items are subject to availability and may vary.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page. If you have any questions about your order status please contact our customer support team.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control such as adverse weather conditions or carrier delays. If your order has not arrived within 10 calendar days of dispatch please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to UK addresses only. We are unable to ship to BFPO addresses. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address please contact us before placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

For full details on returns and exchanges please refer to our Returns Policy. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee beyond this.
